Q.

this is my 9th month of pregnancy. I am not able to sleep at night. nowadays I am sleeping by morning 4 or 5 AM. could you please advice on how to get a good sleep at night

A. you can do pranayam.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

A. Develop a relaxing bedtime routine.Keep a regular bed and wake time.Avoid electronics for at least an hour before bedtime. ...Limit caffeine in your diet.Relieve stress with yoga, mindfulness meditation or massage therapy.Sleep on your side.
