Q.

#Asktheexpert hi, My baby is 19 months old and still needs bm during night sleep. Nowadays it has increased and she needs at least 5 or 6 times at night. I want to reduce night feeding because we both didn't get enough sleep. How to reduce feeding at night (in sleeping)?

A. dear mum it is completely normal for baby to have night feeds infact breastfeeding if continued up to two years has lot of health benefits for child . Also Production of breast milk at night time is higher. when stopping father or other family member can help with feeding and putting child to sleep build a bedtime routine that does not revolve around breastfeeding
