my baby is now 2year 4 month she has heavy fever and cold and stomach pain........giving antibiotics and meftal and mucolite for two days what fever it may be

A. after giving antibiotics you have to wait for 3 days and after 3 days also if the fever is coming you may have to visit the doctor again for either blood investigations or revaluation
