Q.

my baby is now 2 months and 14 days of age. she is 6.7 kg when I last checked her weight (08/09/2026). people around are saying she have to be more chubby more weight should gain and saying give all categories of food so that she gain more weight. but I don't feel it so. but I just want to add healthy weight gaining food to her meal chart. so please help me with healthy weight gaining food for my baby and feeding timing like when to give breakfast lunch and dinner ideal time. and salt and sugar is not allowed to baby but for sweetness we can use natural source but for salt what can we do because baby not taking blank tasted food like rice purie, potato purie. we can't feed sweet dishes all the day right? so what to do about that?
