My baby is not passing motion…It’s been a week and I am breast feeding mother is it normal ? Pediatrition suggested to give duphlac syrup daily 2.5ml daily twice is it safe ?

A. Mam lose motions and constipation and passing number of motions in this age is completely normal so need not worry about it if your child is comfortable and taking the feeding properly then you do not have to worry about it
