my baby is not increase weight what we have to do sir but activities everything is fyn

A. First you have to see how much underweight your child is if your child is about 10 kg as of now a little higher than that then that’s a decent weight gain if not then you should give regular home-made food to the child and also give more of proteins along side to the child
