ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello Mom! Many children become fussy eaters during this phase and hence refuse to eat but parents must make sure that their children's nutritional requirements are fulfilled.
Do not force feed your child. Give them various foods, make her food look visually appealing and interesting.
Cut fruits, paratha, chilla in different shapes.
Hide her disliked foods in different recipes like sneak veggies in parathas, pakoda, cutlets etc.
Make colorful puris out of spinach, beetroot.
Give her small and frequent meals.
Try new recipes like nuts ladoo, peanut butter milkshake, cheese toast, eggs in a hole, pinwheel sandwich, paneer pakoda.
Hope this helps!

It is normal for children to be fussy eaters But they will probably be less fussy as they get older Offer fussy eaters a few healthy options and let them choose what to eat Pleasant low stress and regular mealtimes can help with fussy eating
Maintain hydration
