#asktheexpert My sister's daughter is 2yrs old not taking any food literally. but she is active.if we are forcing her to eat the food she is trying to vomit. how can we make her to have food?

AT times it is better to not force the child to eat as such .
ignore them ,
once hungry they eat well,
make sure fruits , water are given.
other is involve the child in outdoor playing , this in a way help in to increase their appetite
