infact for yourself also.
occasionally it is ok but for your child ,
if possible please avoid buying it for your family also ,so your child will learn from you that it is not good.
prefer homemade healthy food.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive.
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
tell stories for this.
