my baby is not eating anything from last one month Due to tooth issues. we are giving him multivitamins. he has lost his weight. please suggest what to do

A. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months..and during the teething phase kids suffer from loss of appetite.. give whatever food your baby is liking to avoid any nutritional deficiencies
