RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 hours agoA. Actually after 4 1/2 years of age this can happen any time so it’s not early there is no problem in that case ahead of this then new teeth will come when it has to come so don’t worry about it this is a normal age for these things to happen
