hi my daughter lost her tooth in december till now she didn’t get her permanent tooth pls help me out wat to do

Q. my son is now 7.5 yrs old. He started toothing at 1.5 yrs. later when he is 2.5 yrs old he lost two teeth accidentally as whole.
