A. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start giving your baby all the homemade healthy foods that you daily prepare for your family. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks a day that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
