my baby is in icu becoz of loose motion.... everything is normal but my baby can't do eye contact

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are ashsociated with foul smell mucrous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
