Q.
My baby is having trouble during toilet every day. baby is 16 months old. Toilet becomes very tight and hard. Every day i am giving sufficient quantity of liquid like veg soups, fruit juices, boiled water. still facing problem. plz suggest.

Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.

Hi parent please strictly avoid all packed food and products with refind flour please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry dhokla idli etc it contains good bacteria so make digestive system strong
