My baby is having problem in doing toilet. Getting hard toilet

A. if the child is having hard toilet that is hard stools the child is suffering from constipation Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Specially give papaya banana oats fennel seeds water it will help in decreasing constipation and even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool

A. Hi mom. it's my personal experience to bring a a potty seat and make the child to sit in the morning after having the breakfast and give one glass of warm milk during the breakfast so that it will be easy for the child to pass motion. Give fibre rich food to the baby including more of fruits and vegetables. You can include papaya in the daily diet of baby soaked dry grapes or dry prunes overnight and give the baby in the morning along with the water which is rich in fibre. Massage stomach and do the cycling of the legs. Himalaya bonnisan syrup you can give few times according to the dosage return on the box
