my baby is having fever. I have given her paracetamol before 3hours but still fever is not reducing. can I give ibuprofen oral suspension BP to him? will it work to reduce fever.

A. it's better to check temp, n give paracetamol only, after giving paracetamol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging to bring down the temperature if fever
