does paracetamol with ibuprofen cure fever faster?

A. Hi parent Paracetamol is used to treat Fever and ibrufen is used as alangesic. If she has fever , only.paracitamol is enough If she has pain of some kind as well, you may give her the combination otherwise it's not advised.
