can I give ibuprofen and paracetamol to my 3 month old daughter??

A. please avoid this combination because it has got more side effects then benefits. it would be advisable to give only if it has been recommended by the doctor for some type of pain and fever otherwise regular Paracetamol is good enough to decrease pain and fever in any child with proper dosage
