my baby girl got fever I gave paracetamol but it is not reducing can I give ibujesic or meftal pls suggest

give him lots of liquids to keep him hyderate.

Continue with only one medicine that you are giving to the child repeated every six hours and as of now to cold ponds I am sure that will help a lot in reducing the temperature along with the oral medicine that you were giving and if not please visit your nearest doctor
