my baby is having fever from yesterday evening...temp.. 99'0.given Syr. dolo120. 5ml and raw syrup cepodem 50 3ml in morning...still she is having fever...being Sunday doctors are not available. what should I do???

A. hi keep measuring the temperature it should not exceed 100f or above it give sponge bath to your child which help to reduce surface temperature. dress your child lightly.
