Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplemfuents like iron supplements and multivitamtin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
Give fibre rich food fruits vegetables juice papaya pear banana carrot whole grains milk products etc
