Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello. A fever in a two month old infant presenting with both cough and cold requires immediate medical evaluation by the paediatrician. Do not attempt to manage the symptoms at home and give any over-the-counter medication.
