A. my 3.5 years old son has a fever frequently in every 1 and 2 months and when the season changes. is it normal? he doesn't eat more fruits, so because of this? please tell me which vaccine has to be provided to my son at this age?

A. it is very common that small children will have fever intermittently in every 2-3 months because they are building up their immunity so kindly do not worry it is just a part of growth phase and usually fever decreases after 2 years of age
