my baby is frequently getting canker sores after recovery of dengue fever in sept 18th he effected with dengue fever & febrile seizes. what food I have to give to him is there any side effects of fever? presently iam using zytee gel in mouth..

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha upma and do not give milk to the child.
also it is advisable not to give any milk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk.
you cannot give chocolate and icecreamd.
you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food.
avoid giving raw food and also sugary food
avoid tea coffee.
if required yourx doctor will add antacids as well as anti colic medicines for your child
