Follow three day rule.
Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year.
Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) .
Moong Daal water, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Once your baby completes 6 months you can start giving semi solids and water along with daily intake of milk. Semi solids like homemade cerelac, ragi, mashed bananas, apple purée, carrot purée, pumpkin purée, daal or chaaval paani. Give sips of water in between meals. Continue breastfeeding.
