Hello ma’am Right now your child is too small and very well in the range where you can get your child’s head shaved off completely to get that done 3 to 4 times .. And probably after that the girls would be better so whenever you try doing this you can start applying turmeric water on to the Childs head to head everything apart from that if you want then you can start applying oil regularly and do consult a dermatologist ones because having a hair fall at this is not is not good
