#AskTheExpert I am mother of one year old boy and I am feeding him ...I am facing hairfall after delivery...what should I do .. please suggest why I am facing hairfall

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Consult skin care specialist. Oiling improves blood circulation and nourishes the roots, massage once a week with oil that suits your scalp. . Use mild shampoo. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth. Avoid stress.. stress can increase the hair loss. take protein rich food.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Consume foods rich in iron, zinc, and vitamins. A homemade hair pack made of egg whites and olive oil applied directly on the scalp is a good remedy to minimise hair fall post-delivery. Soak fenugreek seeds overnight and apply the strained water directly on the scalp. Leave it for an hour or two and wash.
