my baby is facing common cold and cough but yesterday she fell down slowly with the wall.At night she vomited one time and day time vomited with saliva .She is active now not showing as irritation .what is the fault plz help me

A. if vomiting sar there better to consult a doctor Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
