my baby fell down yesterday night at 11pm from bed immediately she cried vomited and slept after breastfeeding.now she is fine with no external injuries and she is active is there a concern ??

A. Maam external increase you can still see but you cannot see the internal injuries so will have to wait for another 24 hours to 48 hours see if there is a sudden vomiting or anything which is abnormal which is not seen then it could be assigned for internally internal Injuries also so please monitor closely
