My baby fell down from bed, and after that he cried and he is active and behave normal but at night he split up food twice , I am worried

In this case I would recommend you to get a personal evolution that with your doctor they going to give you a better guide us because your child has vomited so it could be some chances of internal injury so I would just like to say that you can get a check with your doctor to be on the safer side
