Q.

My baby is currently 15 months old but his teeth have not yet erupted. Only the front four teeth have emerged, two on the top and two on the bottom. Is this a matter of worried?

A. You need to know that the entire set of 20 teeth should be visible by the age of three years so right now if your child has number of teeth the other will follow over the period when the guns are ready for erupting
