Q.

Hi Doctor, I’m Janaki. My son has completed two years, but he still hasn’t got all his teeth. He has four front teeth on the upper jaw and two molars on the upper sides. On the lower jaw, he has two front teeth and two molars on the sides. However, his teeth haven’t fully erupted yet. This is my main concern. I would like to know whether the remaining teeth will erupt naturally over time or whether I should consult a dentist separately and get him checked

A. Entire set of 20 teeth including the premolar as you mentioned can be seen by the age of three years you are left with one entire year for the other teeth to come so please have patience and if needed you can also consult a dentist once
