start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
once deworm your child too before starting these supplements ..

Ma’am It could probably be due to some deficiency in the body because initially when a child behave like this at an early age then we probably know it is because of teeth but if your child is doing it at the age of four years almost that it could be due to some deficiency or worms 🐛
