my baby is breastfeeding he is 10month he having red dots on tongue from 3months into we consult dr he suggest zincovit and kidrich drops but it always reaptings he avoids some food due to this its felt burning drinks water a lot what to do for this im much worried its goes but it repeats dr

Kindly do not self treat your baby. Also follow your doctor's instructions carefully. Good luck and take care
