My baby is breastfed. He is 4 months old. How can he be healthy and gain weight

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Make sure you take healthy and balanced diet which will transfer the needed nutrition to ur baby through Breastmilk. Also while breastfeeding, you can feed longer from one side, so that the baby will get the hind milk which comes later and has higher fat content than the foremilk which comes first.
