If the thermometer doesn’t show a fever, it means your baby is fine. Babies release body heat through their heads, so their heads often feel warm. During growth spurts, some babies’ hands and feet can also feel warm. My daughter’s hands, feet and head also get quite warm during the teething phase.

So are you trying to say the fever is because of oiling and head bath if that is the situation then you can check with your doctor what would be an alternative to it to get rid of this regular fever for eczema you can try taking homoeopathic treatment which is going to be very good
