my baby is about to complete 8months. since yesterday he is suffering with loose motions and nothing feeling to eat.how to get rid of this please

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 8 months old and he is having loose motions and he doesn’t eat any food items so give him frequent breast feeding and ORS and econorm sachets two time a day for three days
