You can unusually start with liquid and semi solid consistency foods, you may initially start with liquids such as dal or rice water or vegetable soup or fresh fruits juices and ones baby accepts it well enough you may move to semi solids such as porridge made with ragi or suji or multigrain mix and kichidi , steamed vegetables, fresh fruit pulps as well
