A. usually advised after 6 months end outside food / weaning / complementary is started after 6 months of ahe of the child. in complementary feeding start with two rules rule number 1 is that you have to give the food in the form which the child can swallow rule number 2 is that always give a new food for for 5 to 6 days to see whether the child is able to digest that food or not as well as it will help in creating the taste in the child. you can gradually start all types of food made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits. you have to start initially with less amount and gradually you can increase the amount . advisable to go for homemade food compared to outside food.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes you can start giving semi solid food items to the baby. Please give semi solid food items like banana and mashed potatoes and mashed apples to the baby. Also give suji kheer and daal paani to the baby. Start giving formula milk to the baby. Thanks and take care
