My baby is about to complete 4 months During regular check ups doctors has suggested to start the complimentary food from 5 th month onwards any word of suggestion on this ?

Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hi WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding for babies till 6 months Of complementary foods are started early then baby will take less breastmilk, which adversely affects baby's growth & development. breastmilk imorves immunity too
