My baby is about to be 14 months when she will be starting talking and walking...She hardly speak anything just mum for water..We try her say but she hardly do tht.

A. walking is attained by 12 to 18 months of age you can wait maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water
