my baby is about to 6 year old she is having hair fall problem is this natural or there is some defeceancy.

no
it is not normal.
it is sign of nutritional deficiencies.
you should give Homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
include green leafy greens , antioxidants rich fruits like apple, pomegranate , Amala , strawberry etc in diet.
Application of warm coconut oil is the best remedy for this.
use mild shampoo like Babyhug shampoo for washing your child hair.
