My baby is 9 months running (8 th completed) he is so distracted and in the day time I offer him milk but he won't drink but he is very much interested in solids can I feed him solids fully ... At night he is also drinking milik. how many times should i offer Him solids...

A. Namaste Mom Yes gradually you could make solids as the main part of their dietary intake as such about 2 to 3 main meals and 1 to 2 times snacks and alter with your feed

A. Absolutely we do advise you to give more of food to the child and they say they try to reduce the intake of milk because food is going to give proper weight gain and growth to the child as compare to milk so your prime focus should hundred percent be more on food right now
