Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you can give drops zn20 mg per ml 1 ml to the child for loose motion and also give ORS for every episode of loose motion and simple that made from rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana
