Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi give entrogermina 2 drops twice in a day. keep your child well hydrated give Luke warm water with pinch of salt ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. give sponge bath to reduce the temperature. dress your child lightly maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
