my baby is 9 months 11 days is not responding to its name but responds to other sounds should I be worried

A. ate jate use uke nam se bulaye or use dekhte hi bolte nhi to 1 babu babu bolo or haste huye bole jese ki use accha Lage try karu used full he kam bhi bolna he to babu yese lo babu ye dekho as babu ye khau kuch din bad useka response dekho fir thode din bad uske real name se bolna start Karo agr fir bhi response nhi to dr ke pass jau

A. There are two questions that I would like to ask which for which I would actually suggest you to check was your child responding to its name properly previously and yes if your answer is then yes it is a matter of concern you said your child is not responding to 2nd thing is have exposed lot of screen time to the child especially mobile because that actually affects the brain and the verbal growth of the child any of these things are there which I have mentioned the two things and check with your doctor if anything is not proper
