my baby is 9 month old his weight is 7kg is it ok or its less??? i need some good recipes from whch my baby weight should gain i need answer from any dr or any nutritionist

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 months agoA. dear mum , wht was birth wt baby shd b double birth wt by 5 mth n triple the birth wt by 1 yr give variety of home food 3 times in a day consistency shd b soft n lumpy avoid thin consistency give dal , beans legumes khichdi , egg non veg , curd , powdered nuts n ghee season veg n fruit
