yes its okay.
kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 3-6 months upto the age of 15-18 months.
keep checking for the signs of teething and wait for some time

babies get teeth by 7-11 months but few take 13-14 months .
Due to calcium deficiency also teething delays.
Give calcium rich foods - Mashed banana and apple ,ghee,curd,paneer,almonds paste or powder ,cerelac,ragi as porridge or malt.
