A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not havef deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor there is nof need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 18 months also so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

A. This can be discussed with your local doctor where your doctor will give you a correct guidance in a proper way . So more queries and doubts can be cleared after discussing . Also online consultation ckoan be taken here which can be more favourable for clearing the dogubts .

A. Don’t worry your child can have it first it by the time of 16 to 18 months also if your child doesn’t get a single tweet by then then you take an advice from my paediatric dentist for prior to that it is absolutely nothing you need to be worried aboutWrite Your Answer Here
